Art Process

• You will be walked thru the art process every step of the way to ensure the design matches your vision.
• Every single product we produce is creatively drawn by a professional in house artist based on manufacturing requirements.
• 92% of all our art is custom drawn from scratch depicting specific images or designs you envision. Rarely is clip art used.
• Not all pictures are manufacturable as die struck pins, coins, or badges. In this process colors cannot overlap or bleed into one another. Each distinct color must be separated by a line. Reservoirs are created artistically to hold each color.
• In order to achieve an exact match of a picture you would choose a printed process.
• Art work is often the difference in the quality of the finished product. You will notice a distinct difference in SymbolArts professional artwork.
• Artwork is created in as little as 2-4 days to accommodate customer's needs.
• Artwork is created at no charge for products SymbolArts manufactures. In addition, artwork can be purchased for use in other areas such as (letterhead, business cards, t-shirts, etc).
• The artwork we produce for your department or company ultimately can become the branding and identity you market to the world.

Manufacturing Process

• Most products we produce are hand made. Hand stamped, hand engraved, hand painted, and hand polished. Quality takes time and individual care. You can see the difference in the finished product.
• Each product is truly custom. We don't sell off the shelf products that are used by everyone. We want you to have a uniquely different product than your neighbor.
• Badges are made piece by piece and enamel filled down to the very last dot of color.
• During the manufacturing process, communication between the SymbolArts Rep and the factory is going back and forth to ensure your product is the best it can be.
• Quality takes time, so our promised delivery times may be longer than the "Off the Shelf" manufacturers. We employ a First in First Out (FIFO) system to ensure that lead times stay accurate and consistent.
